One Soul Nourishing Day..

This Retreat has been designed to soothe your soul, calm your mind, nourish your body and nurture your skin… all brought together in one soul nourishing day.

We are proud to be collaborating and working with Jane our resident Yoga teacher for a gentle yoga flow and meditation, with Hannah of A Nourishing Notion and Sharyn from Plant and Share - organic skincare.

Give yourself the gift of time to restore your energy, have some fun and learn some new self-care rituals - we will share our knowledge, expertise and passion for what we love and after this blissful day, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, pampered.. and absolutely soul nourished!

Who’s in?

The day is fully catered. Time: 9.30-4pm. Retreat experience: $225.00 per person.

The location is at the Plant and Share HQ in Wakefield, around 25min south of Nelson.

Spaces are limited due to workshop space.

Breathe and relax..

Through mindful movement with Jane, our beautiful resident yogi, we’ll be guided through a gentle yoga and meditation practice, set in the lush gardens on location; a perfect way to settle in, connect and feel into the energy nature provides.. ah the peace and serenity!

Be nourished and inspired..

Hannah from A Nourishing Notion will share her knowledge with a talk on all things health and wellbeing in line with nourishing diet and lifestyle choices. And you’ve seen those amazing lunch bowls right…? Yip.. we learn how to make our own for a delicious and healthy lunch, along with tips to take home on ideas to inspire you.

Be pampered and glow..

We’ll get creative with Sharyn from the Plant and Share workshop as we learn about organic skin care products that are nurturing for your skin, feel beautiful and smell divine. We even get to make and take home a gorgeous product too!
