BOOKING TERMS + CONDITIONS

Prices are correct at time of printing and currency fluctuations may occur and require payment amendments at any time and without notice. Retreat inclusions may differ due to availability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space on a Retreat.

For further balance of payment details, along with any discounts or Payment Plan options, please refer to the ‘Accommodation and Rates’ section of the Retreat you are booking.

Payment prices are per person, based on share twin or single accommodation as stated and in New Zealand dollars. Payment can be made into the NZ Travel Broker Bank Account, details will be provided if this how you choose to make payment. Alternatively, we welcome all major credit cards, however, a credit card processing fee will apply. Amendment and cancellation fees apply.

It is highly recommended that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to ensure you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your booking or those that may require Retreats by Design to cancel a Retreat due to minimum numbers not being met or due to circumstances that are beyond our control.
